Accordingly, it is being known for public that citizens can get information and services using mobile phones while sitting at home to ensure the  Digital Bangladesh and providing services to the doorsteps of the people. For this, a call center has been started by the A2I program in the Prime Minister's Office whose call rate is 60 paisa / minute and operation- 24x7 and 365x1. All citizens of Ruma Upazila have been requested to call the short code 333 from any mobile operator number to get the services mentioned in the National Information Center.
